RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your TrendyAura leather jacket. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at mumtaztariq2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, contact us at mumtaztariq2022@gmail.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your jacket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mumtaztariq2022@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and items returned without prior approval are not eligible for return.
